What is the difference between General Member and My Partner Member?

When you are registered as My Partner Member, you can receive business inquiry e-mails from other members with the same interest as yours. You can also use the Search System in the My Partner Member page to send business inquiry e-mails. You can be charged only when you send business inquiry e-mails according to the number of your contacts. A General Member can not use this service. He can just use other services available on this website.

How can I use My Partner Member service to send e-mails to my potential partners for licensing opportunity?
